what should I do if my husbands still taking vicoden?

Question by EMILY: what should I do if my husbands still taking vicoden?
hes gone to rehab a few times for opiates, and this has been going on for a few years now (more like 5) he stops for awhile then all of the sudden I can see the signs that he taking them again. There are many reasons why I dont like him taking them but the main reason is, it changes his personality drasticly, where I dont want him around I have even considered telling him I want a divorse buts really thats not what I want to do. When he doesnt take them hes the best husband I can ask for and I wouldnt want to lose him. sometimes if I ask he will admit to taking them, and there are times when he doesnt admit to it even though I know for a fact he took them, then he turns it around on me and makes it seem like im the bad person for not having any trust in him…what should I do?

Either accept the fact that you are married to a Junkie and accept him as a Junkie, or find someone else. There are men out there that are just as good as your husband, and they are not Junkies.

The choice is yours. Get a divorce or live with a Junkie.

Why do people think theres a difference betweed tobacco, alcohol and other drugs?

Question by Henry: Why do people think theres a difference betweed tobacco, alcohol and other drugs?
I mean studies have shown that alcohol and tobacco are the most dangerous of drugs and have the addiction potential beyond that of cocaine, heroin and meth. Alcohol is as much of a drug as any, and marijuana is far safer than the two and isnt typically addictive. Other drugs like MDMA and LSD arent either and are portrayed as these terrible things that will ruin your life. People say they will remain “alcohol, tobacco, and drug free” when alcohol and tobacco are of the worst and most harmful drugs out there. There really isnt a difference

Because the government can allow the sale and taxation of alcohol and tobacco…. It’s sad, but reality.
